Heather Murray reviewed this wine as follows:

Winery: This crisp white wine has aromas and flavours of ripe yellow apple with citrus notes, and is a great accompaniment for grilled seafood dishes or creamy brie cheeses.

WineAlign 88
John Szabo, MS (88): Clean, crisp and citrusy, with well managed barrel influence and solid length overall. Lemon curd and sautéed green apple flavours dominate, while crisp acids tidy up the finish. Fair wine, fair price; solid. Tasted July 2013. Value Rating: **1/2
Sara d'Amato (87): Notes of cinnamon candy and aromatic herbs. Vibrant and highly aromatic. Flavours are integrated on the palate and the wine is quite competently assembled. Very good length. Tasted July 2013.
David Lawrason (89): This took a silver medal the WineAlign National Wine Awards. It is a nicely polished, balanced and fulsome chardonnay with the great acidity of the 2011 vintage. Fruit, mineral and earthy notes are well integrated. It is solid, firm structure with minerality on the finish. Would like a bit more length however. Tasted August 2013
Michael Godel (90): "buttered toast with delectable lemon curd and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Well-articulated, bundled Chardonnay fruit, in spice cadence, big but never brawny. A measure of Niagara balance. From my earlier note: “is right on brother Derek. This not only joins the right excellent Chardonnay club; it’s the incumbent President. Lifted honeysuckle, honey and bright lemon aromas, the deftest kiss of oak and just a punch of spice. Tingles and lingers. If ’10 was “almost great,” ’11 is. Mikey likes this very much."
Nick Onischuk rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lailey Vineyard Wines Chardonnay 2011 is a creamy full bodied chardonnay. Flavours and aromas of apple, peach, and vanilla. A must try wine! Tasted October 7, 2013 (90/100)
Heather Wall rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If you like your chardonnay rich and creamy then this one is for you! Medium to full bodied with lots of tropical fruit-melon, coconut, banana. Vanilla and buttered toast cap it off! The finish is velvety smooth and long. Lobster with butter, scallops, turkey.
