Darlene Myers CAPS Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Juicy plums, tobacco, chocolate and black pepper notes combine to make a fantastic expression of a Carmenere wine. Full-bodied with lots of layers of flavor and good tannic structure. This wine can take on all your favorite meats and would pair well with the gamey meats as well.
Jeremy Sprott rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Black plum and cherry on the nose, complimented with sweet spice, tobacco and pepper. The taste mirrors the nose, along with a touch of cocoa on the finish.
A really nice wine to pair with charcoal grilled steak.
