This Chardonnay shows so well Oatley's winemaking priorities of maximizing fruit expression and wine texture. Stone fruit and melon , w subtle oak on the nose lead to lovely pinapple and fresh fig on palate,creamy oak and vanilla and a long finish. Try this with lobster or baked salmon; everyone at your table will be smiling!

Tic Toc Pocketwatch Chardonnay 2012 has beautiful aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, apple and a toast. This full bodied wine delivers great value for the price. Tasted January 16, 2014 (88/100)

The Tic Tok had a delicious nose of tropical fruit, butterscotch, creamed corn, with a creamy moutfeel, and a repeat of the aromas on the palate. Satisfaction from the start to finish. Creamy and smooth tropical fruit, toasted oak, golden apple and pear. Loved this full-bodied chardonnay. Alcohol indicitive of Aussie sunshine but not overpowering. Paired nicely with crab dip appetizer.
