Valérie Dufour Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:

Simple but aromatic and easy to drink, especially in the summer. Good with BBQ chicken. Good with pasta. Cheap. Many qualities for a very small price. It says Chardonnay/Sauvignon, but the Sauvignon clearly takes over so you have to like the big guns of the sauvignon to appreciate it. Broadly available. Albert Bichot is a big Burgundy producer that has a good reputation. This product is from his properties in Languedoc-Roussillon. Bichot also offers a Syrah-Pinot noir blend under the same C'est la vie label. This label is by no means fancy. It is for the customers looking for vin de soif.
