Summer is a great time to drink rosé wine. If you ask me, anytime is great to drink rosé, but most of the people drink it when it is hot and that is why you get more choices in the liquor stores. I bought this one at the SAQ and is broadly available right now. For those (like me) who like their rosé less jammy, this wine from Languedoc made with grenache gris, grenache noir, merlot and cabernet franc is a perfect companion for your happy hour around the pool and it is bio!The producer harvest the grapes at night when the temperatures are at the lowest to preserve the freshness for the vinification. It is light. It is fun. It is summer after all.
