Natalie's Review

Domaine Des Fines Caillottes Jean Pabiot & Fils Pouilly-Fumé 2011, A.C., Loire, France: Savoury and mouth-watering, and quite unlike New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. More dried herbs and lemon-smoke than cut grass. I love this style as it’s less in-your-face, more subtle. Classic signature of the region and wine style of Pouilly-Fumé that offers a exuberant vigour and sensory tingle on the nose and palate. This review was also published in the Vintages Catalogue.
