Natalie's Review

Marc Brédif Vouvray Chenin Blanc 2011, A.C., Loire, France: Lemongrass and lime zest with terrific mouth-watering acidity. Clean and crisp: ideal for many dishes from seafood to vegetarian dishes. Some green apple and citrus on a lively finish. This wine is a touch off-dry making it extremely versatile with spicy and hot dishes. Good bones and breeding here.
