This delicious spanish wine from the Galice area is made with the Albarino grape (little portion of Louleiro, white Caino, Treixadura and Godello). It reminds me of a vinho verde in terms of acidity and minerality but it has more legs and more depth. Really easy to drink (it ferments 15-20 days in inox) for the apéro or with fish. The wine label is noticeable. The funny story behind it is that the daughter of the owner of the winery drew a little map for the guests coming to her wedding to help them find the bodega. When her father saw it, he decided it was the label for his albarino wine. Presently available in the SAQ Sélection, but disappearing quickly due to the quality of the product.
