Natalie's Review

Neil Ellis Sauvignon Blanc 2011, W.O., Groenekloof, Darling, South Africa: Pure lime intensity on the nose, not herbal. Big acidity on the palate is perfect for your toughest dishes involving asparagus or artichoke. Medium-bodied and refreshing, but needs food.
