Natalie's Review

Georges Duboeuf Jean Descombes Gamay 2011, A.C., Burgundy, Morgon, France: Terrific aromas of black cherry and pepper on the nose. The palate is fleshy and rich and mouth-filling. Don't' confuse this wine with beaujolais nouveau: there's far more depth and complexity here. Perfect for movie night. Lots of mouth-watering acidity for a wide range of dishes from salmon to roast chicken and turkey. Drink: 2012-2015. 946186 13.50% D 750 mL  $17.95 Score: 90/100. June 22, 2013 Best Value Red Wine.
