rated this wine as 95/100
with the following review:
I don't give many wines a 95 rating, but I found this Pinot Noir from New Zealand to be spectacular. Ripe cherries and toasty oak aromas greet you when you first pour it in the glass. And the flavors on the palate do not disappoint either. Smooth, balanced, and elegant. This would be a welcome guest at any dinner table.
Saint Clair Pioneer Block 10 Chardonnay 2010, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Buttery and delicious! The grapes come from a single-vineyard Omaka Valley wine that are hand-picked and spend 9 months in French oak casks. Full-bodied and lovely. Drink: 2013-2015. 317651 14.50% XD 750 mL $25.95 Score: 90/100. May 25, 2013 Charming Grilled Chicken Wine Full Review
