Joe Hache Opimian Society rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This Cab Franc is a Bronze Medal Canadian Wine Award winner for 2012 and is unique in that both oak and grapes grow side by side in the county. This county wine was aged for 18 months in barrels made from county oak!

Peppery aromas with hints of tobacco, this wine had soft tannins and a mouth filling berry fruit with an enticing chocolaty finish.

This is a perfect match for a pepper beef dish.

This is only available from the winery so you'll have to stop by or get it shipped to you ... but well worth the effort!
