Courtney Flood rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

So excited to drink this beautiful, floral, fruity wine as I got to try to fresh-pressed raw juice in September '12. Peach, mango, ginger, mouth-watering citrus and just enough sweetness. Amazing Canadian winery, and memories of the first trip with my love. Great with spicy food, Indian or Thai. My pick for Canada Day '13.
Drink Wine and Giggle Gals rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sometimes the Drink Wine and Giggle Gals tire of sauvignon blanc as an accompaniment to Ages 8 and Up where we attempt to get crafty with paint-by-numbers, mosaic or papier-mâché art best left to children. Featherstone Gewürztraminer was a lovely change of taste (and heavenly smell). The word gewürztraminer translates from German to "Spice Traminer" or "Perfumed Traminer". Traminer refers to Tramin, the Northern village in the German-speaking province of Northern Italy where the grape was born.
The history of the Traminer family, like that of most families, is complicated and features a rather unstable genome. Lynne would like to think that it was an craft-challenged genome that made her papier-mâché dinosaur resemble an unstable duck rather than too much Featherstone Gewürztraminer.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
