I love the story behind this wine, and love the wine. Paul Brasset born in Nova Scotia, went to Napa Valley in 1980 to make wine and has made several award winning wines. This Chardonnay has rich flavors of pineapple, pear, tropical fruits and crème brulee. Can't wait to have it again.
Bluenose Wines Dry Creek Valley Chardonnay 2010, Sonoma County, California, United States: Full-bodied with lots of oak, butter and green apple notes on the nose and palate. Good balance with nice acidity for food. Some hazelnut and toasted almond through the mid-palate. Good smoky finish. Drink: 2013-2016. 1017175 SKU NS 14.40% XD 750 mL $24.17 Score: 88/100.
