Suavignon Blanc is my favorite varietal and no where in the world (sorry Prince Edward County) is it made better than in New Zealand.
This incredible wine has the typical aromas of gooseberry and fresh cut grass but with a light smokiness that gives it an intense and complex nose.
The aromas follow through on the palate and provide incredible length and perfect balance!
Pairing? I would have this wine with any dish but really enjoy with seafood like salmon with a touch of spice.
