Andrew Bernardo Wine Journal
rated this wine as 92/100
with the following review:
Classic aromas of graphite, black briars, tar, and sweet earth. These persist on the palate, with addition of forest mushroom and a touch of mesquite. Excellent stuff, maturing faster than I would have thought. Drink now through 2020. 92 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)
Le Ferme Du Mont Vendange 2010, A.C., Châteauneuf-Du-Pape, Rhône, France: Spectacular! Savoury meaty notes and graphite on the nose bloom into fleshy black plums and happiness. Full-bodied and supple yet this one will go the distance in the cellar. The concentration is rich and deep and the finish is long and satisfying. Pair with filet mignon and rosemary lamb. Drink: 2014-2020. 309245 14.50% XD 750 mL $42.95 Score: 96/100. March 2, 2013 Top Rated Red Wine. Luscious Lamb Wine Full Review
