Natalie's Review

Ridge Vineyards Lytton Springs 2010, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, California, United States: This wine is a blend of 67% Zinfandel, 23% Petite Sirah, 7% Carignane and 3% Mataro grapes and offers rich, expressive aromas on the nose of black fruit and smoke. Tannic and well-structured, give it time inthe cellar. When you do open it, decant for 2 hours. Gorgeously long finish. Lots of heft and pleasure. Drink with filet mignon.
