Andrew Bernardo Wine Journal
rated this wine as 88/100
with the following review:
A great wine for all fare, this wine is somewhat reserved, with dried fruit on the nose. The palate is rather compartmentalized, with dried cherry, date, scrubrush, five spice, and red raspberries all coming through on their own. Acids and alcohol all in balance. I'm 88 points on this. Boutari Grande Reserve Xinomavro 2007, Naoussa, Greece: Dry and mouth-watering with savoury notes of dried herbs and dried red and black fruit. Elegant wine for many dishes. Really worth trying. Great price. Some spice and smoke on the finish. Drink: 2013-2016. 140111 12.50% XD 750 mL $16.95 Score: 89/100. January 18, 2014 Luscious Lamb Wine Full Review
