"Could I have a mimosa, hold the orange juice." This Pinot Noir dominant Champagne is sure to brighten up any Sunday brunch, as it can pair with everything from seafood, to white meats, as well as desserts and cheeses. Lemon, and apple pie notes are overlaid with impeccably small bubbles that flow through your mouth.

Ayala Majeur Brut Champagne, A.C., Champagne, France: Gorgeous balance, toastiness and complexity. Robust yet refreshing. Superb craftsmanship. Lovely lemon biscuit notes on the long finish.
