Darlene Myers CAPS Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Oregon is becoming one of my favorite places for Pinot Noir, and this one from the Willamette Valley is a beautiful Pinot. Willamette Valley is known for making Pinot Noir in the Burgundian style, and this one didn't disappoint. Refined and elegant, with gorgeous fruit flavors, spice and subtle oak notes. I had this with a Bruschetta chicken and it complimented all of the flavors of the chicken. Will definitely buy this wine again.
Drink Wine and Giggle Gals rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The Drink Wine and Giggle Gal's are thrilled to have uploaded their first wine label, Yamhill Valley Pinot Noir, even though the flash from our iPhone has given the birds on the label--the Oregon state bird, the Western meadowlark--a radioactive glow. The wine inside the pictured bottle is dark and medium bodied and does a spicy dance on the palate that made our tongues tingle. Another winning pinot noir from Oregon's Wiliamette Valley. The Drink Wine and Giggle Gals sent Denis Burger, President of Yamhill a tipsy message via LinkedIn to them him how much we enjoyed his wine. If he responds to our gushing, we will update our review.
