Blue Mountain Brut Méthode Traditionnelle Pinot Noir Chardonnay Pinot Gris, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada: This superb blend of pinot noir, chardonnay and little pinot gris. The grapes for this wine are 100% estate-grown at Blue Mountain winery. Lovely aromas of toasty bread and cherry. Aged sur lee for 24 months in the bottle, which gives the wine an extra dimension of creaminess and a rich mousse. Incredible concentration and intensity.
