Natalie's Review

Wilhelm Walch Riserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, D.O.C., Alto Adige, Italy: Vintages Wine Panel: Vibrant and exciting Cabernet from northern Italy. Aromas suggest cassis, blackberry, vanilla and toast. Dry, quite fruity, with fine, moderate tannins that come in on the mid-palate. Very well focused, and expertly made. Cellar it 3-5+ years. Can also be enjoyed tonight. My note: Balanced and inviting with supple full-bodied layers of cassis and blackberry and mocha, dark chocolate. 193466 13.50% XD 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 88/100. November 27, 2010  Full Review
