Enjoyed with a Stilton cheesecake with rhubarb compote. Wonderful pairing. Delicious strawberry, cran-cherry notes, that paired perfectly with the blue cheese in the sweet cheesecake along with the tangy rhubarb compote. Try it this weekend and wow everyone! 92+ points.

Once again, perfect pairing with strawberry shortcake on freshly made cream scones (joy of baking.com). High residual sugar content and acid to pair perfectly with any tart or sweet baked dessert.
