Matt Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby red with a slight garnet hue, the 2010 Cab-Merlot blend is a big wine that's showing beautifully now after half a decade of aging. Tart field berry, vanilla, herbs, and spice on the nose and palate. A big wine with great structure, it's drinking beautifully now and will continue to for a few more years. Enjoy with beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Tasted August 2015. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Jane Staples rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Henry Of Pelham's Estate Cab Merlot from Short Hills Bench, Ont VQA is garnet red with a tart plum and red currant nose with touches of pepper. The palate gives red plum, forest floor, pepper, some baking spice and vegetal hints of green pepper. It's dry, medium-bodied with a long tangy red fruit finish. This ought to go on your Thanksgiving wine list...or maybe you should try it today?

Natalie's Review

Henry of Pelham Winery Estate Cabernet Merlot 2010, VQA, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario, Canada: A savoury and delicious Niagara red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes with rich aromas of fleshy black fruit and cedar brush. The 2010 vintage was a strong one and it shows in the glass. Polished tannins. Pair with grilled meats. Drink: 2012-2017. 395855 13.50% D 750 mL  $24.95 Score: 90/100. Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
