This wine offers intense, rich flavors of dark berries, with notes of baked plums, black currant and spices. The rich mouth-feel brings notes of dark chocolate, cocoa and layers of flavors.
Excellent wine with balanced acidity, velvety tannins and seductive, long finish.

This is benchmark Californian cabernet in all its glory. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and cassis with some dry underbrush and herbs and smoke on the finish. Pair with classic filet mignon, lamb with rosemary or pork tenderloin. Drink: 2014-2018. 708842 14.50% D 750 mL $49.95 Score: 94/100. January 19, 2013 Top Rated Red Wine. Best Beef Wine Full Review
