Baron Philippe De Rothschild Cabernet Sauvignon 2011, Languedoc-Rousillon, France: Robust with smoky black fruit notes and some mocha from the oak aging. Medium- to full-bodied, and nicely balanced. This wine benefits from decanting 1-2 hours. This is a terrific wine for this price point. Great for hearty meat dishes. Drink: 2012-2015. 407551 13.50% XD 750 mL $10.95 Score: 87/100.
