Natalie's Review

Trius Winery at Hillebrand Hillebrand Winery Pinot Grigio 2011, V.Q.A., Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada: A light, refreshing and mouth-watering white from winemaker Craig MacDonald. Lovely lifted aromas of lime and lemon zest makes this a great aperitif. Great concentration yet it's not heavy in the slightest. The wine was cool- fermented in stainless steel to preserve its fresh fruit purity. Pair with salads and seafood. Drink: 2013-2015. 316414 12.70% D 750 mL  $15.95 Score: 89/100.
