Mainly made of Mcintosh apple completed by lobo apple.
It's very hard to describe the color.
It's almost uncolored and very clear.
Aromas of honey and kirsh (a kind of brandy made of cherry).
This cider is flabby, delicate and short on the palate.
Pair it with sushi, mild cheese or Turkey cutlets with sparkling ice cider sauce.
Serve it at 7-8 degrees.
Ready to drink.
Domaine Pinnacle Still Cider, Frelighsburg, Quebec, Canada: Apple orchard fresh on a spring day. Just a touch of sweetness that tastes most like ripe green and red apples. Lovely sunshine in the glass. Perfect for Asian and spicy dishes. Drink: 2013-2014. 11% MD 750 mL $13.00 Score: 87/100. January 3, 2013 Full Review
