Domaine Charles Sparr Tradition Riesling 2008, A.C., Alsace, France: Vintages Wine Panel: The best part of any tradition is the trappings – and this wine is no exception. Loaded with aromas of sweet lime, apricot, mineral, honey and apple, it is inviting and generous. The dry palate is enlivened by refreshing citrus zest tones and a lovely minerality. Finishes fresh and crisp. Enjoy it with an authentic Chinese chicken salad. My note: Crisp and refreshing with lovely aromas of peach, pear and pink grapefruit. Refreshing and clean. Drink: 2010-2014. 176933 12.50% XD 750 mL $16.95 Score: 89/100. September 18, 2010 Best Value White Wine. Full Review
