Holly Bruns rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Earthy; cherry and fennel and minerals and mint are also all part of what's in this glass of wine. Very aromatic. Light and pale, the vibrancy of the wine hasn't at all been compromised by a little time in my cellar. There's a smooth quality that makes a lasting impression of peppered cherries on the palate.
Gabriel Israel reviewed this wine as follows:

Didn't rate it since I'm still exploring Pinot. Sorry Norman, and I respect you emencely and believe you are one of the best in Ontario, but this wine, for its price, doesn't do it for me - too light and too thin in body and flavors. The nose is pleasantly floral. The colour is a pale red (a dark rose). There are subtle flavors but not much more. Will continue to explore... :)

Norman Hardie County Unfiltered Pinot Noir 2008, Prince Edward County, Canada: This pinot jumps out of this glass with a gorgeous floral bouquet of wild violets and rose petals. There's also lusciously ripe, fleshy cherries and field strawberries. I love when I have to give up describing a wine and just say, please go try it while you can! Drink: 2010-2014.  11.50%  D  750 mL  $35.00  Score: 94/100. September 18, 2010  Full Review
