In a year such as 2007, it can do it without breaking a sweat. This example proves the point with its great concentration and its intense aromas of black cherry, plum and spice that all brilliantly replay on the palate. Dry, full bodied, and perfectly constructed with a long, luxurious finish. This is the real deal for either your cellar (8+ years) or your dinner table tonight. My note: Deep, rich and concentration with blackberries and cherries, vanilla smoke and spice. Lavishly textured with full-bodied weight. Spectacular with any meat dish.
