Domaine Le Malaven Rosé Tavel Isabelle Et Dominique Roudil, Prop.-Récolt. Grenache Blend 2009, A.C., Rhône, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Fresh, young rosé from Grenache, Cinsaut, Mourvèdre, Syrah and the white grapes Clairette, Picpoul, Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc. This delightful wine has an expressive nose featuring raspberry, citrus, watermelon and apple. Quite dry and crisp, this is a great aperitif wine or try it with Cantonese food or freshwater fish. My note: Classic Tavel styling with ripe dark raspberries and strawberries. Flavourful and full-bodied and bone-dry. 184101 13.50% XD 750 mL $15.95 Score: 88/100. September 4, 2010 Best Value Rosé.
