Natalie's Review

Château De Sérame Réserve Du Château Corbières Syrah Carignan Grenache 2007, A.C., Midi, France: Winner of a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole Paris 2009. Vintages Wine Panel: Grown in arid conditions, the wines of Corbières are rich, dense, and herb-scented. This example is a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache. Deep ruby in colour, it is bursting with ripe currant, blackberry, black cherry and spice aromas and flavours. Made in a clean, modern, fruity style, this is a great match for zesty barbecued chicken. My note: A full-bodied tasty wine that’s great for parties and other knock-it-back situations. 175216 13% D 750 mL  $15.95 Score: 86/100. July 24, 2010  Full Review
