Cidrerie & Verger St. Nicolas CIDRERIE ST-NICOLAS Pom'or Tradition 2009, Eastern Townships, Canada: Vintages Wine Panel: Bright, delicious, bubbly, refreshing apple cider that is true to what the style should be. Dry and very appley, but with an exceptional cleansing crispness on the mid-palate. Normandy-like. Finishes fairly long and filled with apple/citrus flavours. Try it with pork tenderloin, grilled salmon or apple crumble. My note: Love it! Pure sun-dappled apple goodness in this terrific cider.
