Jose Conde's Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 has a balanced amount of fruit, in the form of cassis, red currents and black ripe fruit, with the correct degree of oaking. Small amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc round off the blend. A wine to drink now or lay down if you can resist the temptation.

Stark-Condé Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, Stellenbosch, South Africa: This unfiltered and unfined wine has lots of stuffing and flavour! It was aged for 22 months in French oak. IN addition to Cabernet Sauvignon, there's 6% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc. Loaded with cassis and blackcurrant flavour feathery tannins.
