Absolutely beautiful!
Everything is so well done her - acidity, tropical fruits, mouthwatering and seet-bitter finish.

Tropical fruit, buttered toast, rum-butter... yummy! This is one of those wines that is great on its own, but perfect with baguette and cheese. If you can cop a squat at the Closson Chase vineyards to enjoy this one, it's worth the drive to Picton, Ontario!

Closson Chase Chardonnay 2007, Prince Edward County, Canada: A sublimely concentrated and voluptuous white wine: This is clearly one of Canada's benchmark Chardonnays. The nose offers enticing aromas of baked apples, hazelnut, toasted almond, green apple and Asian pear. Layer after layer unfurls on the palate. Dive in and don't look back!
