On the fuller side of pink, this Spanish rosè walks a perfect line between white and red. It could pair with a starter of salad, or grilled fish and follow through to a main of stewed duck or lamb chops. The nose is redolent of dark red fruit and earthy mushrooms. It’s juicy on the palate with something akin to pomegranate or sour cherry on the finish. Yum.
