I think this wine is terrific. The name Toasted Head comes from burning or toasting of the staves of the oak barrel for that toasted taste. The Cabarnet Sauvignon is full-bodied and the toasted oak flavour comes through on he nose and the palate. Gret with steak, it also compliments all grilled foods. A staple in my wine rack!
