Aromas of toast, bread, apple, lemon, and a hint of vanilla. Flavours of grapefruit, apple, citrus and bread. Long length of flavours and very good balance of acidity and fruit. Buttery popcorn would be a great match!

Classic bread dough aromas w great mouthfeel and juicy acidity.
Pair w just about anything.
