Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

It's no secret that I enjoy putting "cheap and cheerful" Burgundian Pinot's in my mouth! Under $20? Amazing! Ch-ch-ch-cherry of the succulent kind on both the mouth and palate with some earthiness of course, and lots of lively acidity. A dear French friend of mine made traditional Boeuf Bourguignon a couple of Christmases ago; I wish I had this wine to accompany it!

Henri De Villamont Prestige Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2009, A.C., Burgundy, France: A lovely, light- to medium-bodied silky red with joyous aromas of bright cherries and field raspberries. Incredibly great price for this quality. 84616 12.50% XD 750 mL  $17.95 Score: 88/100. June 9, 2012  Full Review
