with the following review:
This clear wine has a pale lemon-green colour, and clean, medium+ intensity, youthful aromas of grapefruit, grass, asparagus wet stone and gooseberry.
It is dry on the palate with high acidity, medium alcohol and body, medium+ flavour intensity of lemon grass, stone and flint smoke.
It would pair well with the classic Sauvignon Blanc foods - Oysters, goat cheese, arugula, canapé.

Domaine Chauveau La Charmette Pouilly Fumé 2010, A.C., Loire, France: Classic Old World Sauvignon Blanc that's pure lemon light and crispness. Not much oak evident here; great mouth-watering juiciness for food. Not grassy, just refreshing and focused. Makes me focused too ... on the bottle. Drink: 2012-2014. 274357 13% XD 750 mL $21.95 Score: 91/100. April 14, 2012 Full Review
