With fresh pink grapefruit aromas this is one of the best Canadian Sauvignon Blanc's I have tasted. The mild acidity and ripe long lasting fruit flavours make it very enjoyable. I tried it with poached sea bass in a lemon and ginger sauce, for a tangy yet smooth pairing.
Henry of Pelham Estate Winery Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Niagara Escarpment, Canada: Very nice! Fat, luscious aromas and flavours of melon. Not herbal (thank-you). I like it a lot, and the price even better. Bring on summer, bring on refreshment. Drink: 2012-2017. 430546 12.50% XD 750 mL $14.95 Score: 89/100. June 22, 2012 Scrumptious Seafood Wine Full Review
