rated this wine as 91/100
with the following review:
This family run estate grows all of its own fruit in order to ensure high quality. This 100% Carmenere offers an intensely fruity profile with notes of black cherry, celery, chocolate milk and clove. The juicy acidity is well balanced by medium to high ripe tannin. Generous length. Delicious with a plate of bruschetta. Enjoy now through 2018. Tasted Oct 2013.

reviewed this wine as follows:
Smooth and complex with notes of red fruit, leather, cloves. The soft tannins are well balanced to the body of the wine. This would make a wonderful accompaniment to pasta and pork dishes. Excellent value at under $20!
