Natalie's Review

Château Salmonière Vieilles Vignes Gilbert Chon Et Ses Fils Muscadet Sèvre & Maine 2010, A.C., Sur Lie, Loire, France: One of the most refreshing white wines around is Muscadet. This shows subtle aromas of salty mineral, grapefruit, peach, floral and notes of lees. It is dry and crisp with a medium body on the palate, and its soft citrus fruit flavours lead to a finish that is medium-long, zesty, and minerally. An exuberant wine with fresh, clean notes of lime, lemongrass and herbal refreshment. Perfect as an aperitif or food companion.  142380  13%  XD  750 mL  $13.95  Score: 87/100.
