I had just tried this wine this past week with a friend, and we both enjoyed this Pinot Noir from Inniskillin. A great Canadian Pinot Noir, medium bodied, food friendly and full of flavor. Strawberry, black cherry, spice and chocolate blend to make a beautiful wine.
Inniskillin Winemaker's Series Montague Vineyard Pinot Noir 2009, V.Q.A., Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada: Vintages Wine Panel: This well-made Pinot offers exceptional value. Pretty aromas of red cherry, strawberry, woodsmoke, red licorice and floral. Medium bodied with sweet-and-tangy red fruit comingling on the palate. Bright acidity, and fine, velvety tannins. Cellar this wine for 2-3 years, or enjoy it tonight. My note: Luscious, round cherry-berry aromas. A happy, jubilant wine with medium body and satin texture. So versatile with food. Drink: 2011-2015. 997353 13% XD 750 mL $24.95 Score: 90/100. December 10, 2011 Voluptuous Veal Wine Full Review
