Natalie's Review

Peter Zemmer Pinot Grigio 2010, D.O.C., Alto Adige, Italy: Vintages Wine Panel: Peter Zemmer is one of the Italian producers from the cool North who is sparing no detail in producing exceptional Pinot Grigio. He grows his vines on prime sites, reduces yields during the year and again on the sorting table, and then slowly ferments his wines in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to achieve fine balance and optimum freshness. My note: Fresh and alive like spring white linens blowing in the breeze. Lime and lemon zest. Mouth-watering and medium-bodied. Drink: 2011-2015. 95802 13.50% XD 750 mL  $15.95 Score: 88/100.
