Miguel Torres Mas La Plana Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, D.O., Penedès, Spain: Lovely interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon: much more aromatic than most cabs. Juicy generousness on the palate with rich layers of black fruit and a hint of smoke. A finish as long as a Spanish sunset. Perfect for dinner parties and hostess gifts.
