Domaine Vincent Delaporte Chavignol Sancerre 2010, A.C., Loire, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Delaporte have been producing wines in the village of Chavignol since the 1600s. Their 2010 Sauvignon Blanc has lovely mineral, apple, citrus, toast and gooseberry aromas emerging from the glass. The palate is dry with a crisp and refreshing acidity framing the lemon-lime, apple, toast and distinctive mineral notes. My note: Mouth-wateringly juicy and crisp with lovely, spritely notes of lemongrass and lemon zest. Pure, unfiltered sunshine. Drink: 2011-2015.  251488  13%  XD  750 mL  $23.95  Score: 89/100.
