Walter Zweigelt Glatzer Riedencuvée 2008, Niederösterreich, Austria: Vintages Wine Panel: Aromas of plum, red fruit, blueberry, spice and smoke invite you to investigate further. The palate is medium bodied and fruity, with sour cherry and blueberry prominent, along with spice and earth suggestions. Very pleasing finish and length. My note: Like a peppery, spicy gamay/Beaujolais: nice. Medium-bodied and smooth with peppered cherry and field raspberry notes. Drink: 2011-2013. 221051 13% XD 750 mL $15.95 Score: 88/100.
