Wolf Blass Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, South Australia, Australia: Vintages Wine Panel: A customer favourite from a well-known producer. Deep ruby in the glass, this Cabernet is bursting with blackcurrant and black cherry fruit. Full bodied and well balanced, with a touch of dried herbs adding complexity on the palate. Fresh acidity and ripe tannins make this a good candidate for matching a variety of foods. My note: A savoury, meaty aroma and grip on the palate with ripe blackberries and cassis. Drink: 2011-2016. 321927 14% D 750 mL $22.95 Score: 89/100. September 17, 2011 Full Review
